BLEND DOOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
BLEND DOOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPEN
SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN
BLEND DOOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO 5 VOLT SUPPLY CIRCUIT
BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR
A/C HEATER CONTROL

Always perform the HVAC Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Refer to  HVAC PRE-DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE   .
