Fuel Rail - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Remove the intake manifold Intake Manifold - Removal.

2. Place the intake on a suitable work bench.




3. Remove the two fuel rail support bolts (1).
4. Using care. Remove the fuel rail (3) with the injectors from the intake manifold.
5. Remove the connectors (2) from the fuel injectors.





6. Remove the fuel injector retainer clips (2).
7. Using care. Remove the fuel injectors (3) from the fuel rail.
8. Remove the wiring harness from the fuel rail (1).
