CAUTION: Do not let the tensioner arm snap back to the freearm position, severe damage may occur to the tensioner.

1. Install the accessory drive belt (4).
2. Hold the tensioner (2) and remove the holding pin (1) from the tensioner.
3. Install the inner wheel splash shield.
4. Install the right front wheel.
5. Connect the negative battery.
