With Automatic Transmission






WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION





1. Remove the engine and transmission from the vehicle Engine - Removal.





2. Remove the transmission from the engine.
3. Remove the starter assembly (5) Starter - Removal.





4. Remove the flexplate (1) Flexplate - Removal.





5. Remove three bolts (3 and 4), one bolt and nut (2) and the transmission adapter plate (1).





6. Drain the engine oil Service and Repair.
7. Remove the viscosity sensor (2) Oil Viscosity Sensor - Removal.





8. Remove two bolts (2) and the blocker plate (1) from the oil pan.





9. Remove fourteen bolts (1) and two nuts (2) from the flange of the oil pan.
10. Using the four indicated pry points, carefully remove the oil pan.
11. Remove all residual sealant from the oil pan, engine block, oil pump and rear seal retainer Procedures.
