NOTE:

Before proceeding, refer to CAUTION and WARNING .

Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Remove the wheel cover with a soft prying tool.
Remove the wheel mounting bolts (1), then the tire and wheel assembly.

While holding the hex fitting on the caliper slides, remove caliper guide pin bolts (1).
Remove caliper from mounting bracket and support with a bungee cord or wire. Do not let it hang from the brake hose.

Remove caliper bracket mounting bolts (1) and remove caliper mounting bracket (2).

Remove retaining studs (1) and slide brake rotor off the hub and bearing.
