Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner - Installation





INSTALLATION





1. Align the belt tensioner tabs to the holes on the accessory bracket.
2. Install the mounting bolt. Tighten bolt (1) to 26 Nm (19 ft. lbs.).





3. Install the upper right side engine mount. Tighten bolt (1) to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.).

4. Raise vehicle.




5. Install the lower transmission mount bolts (4). Tighten bolt (1) to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).

6. Install the lower radiator hose.




7. Install the accessory drive belt.





8. Install the inner shield.





9. Install the frame support bracket.





10. Install the cooling fan assembly Cooling Fan - Installation.
11. Install the right front wheel.
12. Connect the negative battery cable.
13. Refill the cooling system with coolant Service and Repair.
