P0606-INTERNAL ECM PROCESSOR

- When Monitored:
Engine running.

- Set Condition:
When the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) recognizes an internal failure. One trip fault. Three good trip to clear. ETC light is flashing.

Diagnostic Test
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)

NOTE: Diagnose any repair any low system voltage DTCs before proceeding with test.

The Powertrain Control Module is reporting internal errors, view repair to continue.

Repair

- Replace and program the Powertrain Control Module. .
- Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Powertrain Verification Test.
