Proportioning Valve: Removal
- Raise and support front of vehicle. Loosen all brakelines at proportioning valve located on left frame rail, below master cylinder. See Figure .
- It may be necessary to loosen master cylinder-to-power brake booster nuts for access to proportioning valve. Remove proportioning valve-to-mounting bracket bolt/nut. Disconnect brakelines from proportioning valve and remove proportioning valve.
