Float Height Measurement
Remove fuel gauge sending unit from fuel tank. Move float to highest point and measure height between point "F" and sending unit cover flange. See Figure . Move float to lowest point and measure height between point "E" and sending unit cover flange. Refer to the FLOAT HEIGHT SPECIFICATIONS . Replace sending unit if readings are not as specified.
