Ignition In On Position, Warning Light Blinks Once; In Start Position Warning Light Glows; When Ignition Is Switched From Start To On, Warning Light Blinks Once Again

Ensure ignition switch is in OFF position. Disconnect ECM wiring harness connector. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Measure voltage between ECM connector terminal No. 25 (Green wire) and ground. See Figure . If battery voltage does not exist, repair open in Green wire. If battery voltage exists, replace faulty ECM.
