Installation (1.8L)

  1. If crankshaft oil seal was removed, use Seal Installer (MD998717) to install seal in front cover. Install gears in oil pump case. Attach oil pump case cover.
  2. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts to specification. See appropriate table in TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
