Headlight Switch In On Position & Panel Dimmer Switch In Bright Position

  1. Check for battery voltage to instrument cluster component or illumination bulb being tested. If battery voltage is not present, repair open circuit. If continuity is present, circuit is okay. Go to step 2).
  2. Check continuity of ground wire for instrument cluster components or illumination bulb. If continuity is present, circuit is okay. If continuity is not present, repair open in ground wire.
