Engine Identification

NOTE:
This applies to the 2.0L DOHC.
Engine may be identified using Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) stamped on metal tab located near lower left corner of windshield. The eighth character identifies the engine model.
Engine identification number is stamped on front side near the top of cylinder block behind the alternator. Engine model number may be required when ordering replacement components.
