Water Pump: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Install new "O" ring on coolant inlet pipe. Coat "O" ring with water prior to water pump installation.
  2. Install water pump with new gasket. Install remaining components and fill cooling system.
CAUTION: Ensure longest water pump bolt is installed at the alternator brace position.
