Pedal Adjustment (Hydraulic Clutch)

  1. Loosen adjusting bolt or clutch pedal switch lock nut located at upper end of clutch pedal. Rotate the adjusting bolt or switch until correct pedal released height is obtained. Refer to the CLUTCH PEDAL SPECIFICATIONS  .
  2. Depress clutch pedal and check depressed height when clutch is disengaged. See the CLUTCH PEDAL SPECIFICATIONS  . If measurement is not as specified, readjust clutch pedal.
  3. Measure the clutch pedal free play. Refer to Free Play in the CLUTCH PEDAL SPECIFICATIONS  . If clutch pedal free play and pedal height are okay and system fails to operate, defective system components exist.
