Ignition Switch In RUN Position

  1. Disconnect brake warning switch connector. If indicator light goes out, replace brake warning switch. If indicator light stays on, go to step 2).
  2. Disconnect park brake switch connector. If indicator light goes out, replace park brake switch. If indicator light stays on, repair short to ground between park brake switch and instrument cluster.
