Field Winding Terminal-to-Brush Continuity Test

1. Insert a piece of paper between contact points.
2. Touch ohmmeter leads to field winding terminal and insulated brush.
3. If resistance is greater than zero ohms, determine which solder joints have excessive resistance and repair with 600 watt soldering iron.
