Trap Door Vacuum Motor, Replace

1. Disconnect vacuum hoses, heated and ambient air ducts and remove air cleaner.
2. Remove trap door vacuum motor retaining rivet from bracket.
3. Lift motor away from bracket, then rotate to clear door arm and remove.
4. Rotate replacement motor to clear door arm and lower into bracket.
5. Secure motor to bracket with rivet.
6. Install air cleaner, ducts and vacuum hoses. Check trap door for proper operation.
