TAC Motor Replace

1. Disconnect heated air duct. Make sure to remove clamp or screw before removal, as damage to the duct may result.
2. Remove air cleaner assembly.
3. Disconnect vacuum hoses from air valve motor, thermal switch and trap door (if used).
4. Remove rivet attaching air valve vacuum motor to snorkel.
5. Lift motor, tilt to one side to disconnect linkage from air valve assembly and remove.
6. Insert replacement vacuum motor assembly linkage into air valve assembly and position in snorkel.
7. Attach motor to snorkel with rivet.

NOTE: Make sure rivet does not interfere with movement of air valve.

8. Connect vacuum hoses, install air cleaner assembly, connect heated air ducts and check system for proper operation.
