Radio/Stereo: Service and Repair

When installing radio, be sure to adjust antenna trimmer for peak performance.
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove radio knobs and retaining nuts. On models equipped with C.B. radio, remove radio bezel.
3. Remove instrument cluster center housing retaining screws, then remove center housing.
4. Disconnect power and speaker wiring and antenna lead, then remove radio.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
