This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Thermal system relay is enabled.
No active failure detected on the thermal system relay.
EAC receives the hard wired Wake up signal from the Electric Vehicle Control Unit (EVCU).
Compressor Status is Normal OR Inoperative.
