Theory Of Operation

The Keyless Ignition Switch sends a LIN bus signal to the Radio Frequency (RF) Hub. The RF Hub sends a Controller Area Network (CAN) message to the Body Control Module (BCM) which in turn activates the Internal Engine relay that provides a hard wired 12 volt signal to the Electric Vehicle Control Unit (EVCU).
