This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

With the ignition on.
- During in-plant testing, the APPS is checked to make sure the minimum and maximum values can be reached. The Electric Vehicle Control Unit (EVCU) performs the diagnostic test for this DTC after the diagnostic test for P2166 has passed.
