When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Thermal system relay enabled.
No Low Temperature Active Pump DTCs set.
No HV Battery Pack Inlet Temperature Sensor DTCs set.
Thermal System is in active cooling mode.
HV Battery cell temperature is greater than a calibrated value.
The Electric A/C Compressor (EAC) Speed is greater than a calibrated value.
