Set Condition

One of the following conditions are satisfied based on the enable conditions:
- The difference between the Battery Heater Outlet Temperature and Battery Coolant Pump temperature is less than a calibrated value for a calibrated amount of time.
- The difference between the Traction Battery Coolant inlet temperature and Battery Coolant Pump temperature is less than a calibrated value for a calibrated amount of time.
- Battery Heater status is locked until next start or locked permanent
