Diagnostic Test - Electric Vehicle Control Unit (EVCU) Internal Faults

TECH TIPS: 

EVCU internal faults (P0601, P0603, P0604, P0605, P060B, P060C, P062F, P16F3, P16F5 & P16F9): 

The EVCU does a self test to verify there are no internal issues.

  1. Verify there are no low voltage or overcharging DTCs present.

      If DTCs are present diagnose them before proceeding to the next step

    2. If no DTCs are present, continue to step 2 
  2. Replace the EVCU in accordance with the service information.
