Theory Of Operation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2024 RAM ProMaster EV. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The Brake System Control Module (BSCM) receives it's fused battery power and fused ignition feed input from the Power Distribution Center (PDC). These power inputs are used to power up the BSCM Supply, Pump, and Valves of the controller. The BSCM uses the chassis for its Ground. The BSCM continuously monitors these inputs for voltage and ground.
