Theory Of Operation

The parking brake switch has three positions; Apply (pulled up), Released (pushed down) and Neutral. During a request to apply or release of the parking brake the current feedback from the motors must not exceed 13.5 amps for 300 msec or 16.6 amps for 20 msec. This DTC will also set if there is no current feedback detected for more than 150 msec.
