A-Pillar Reinforcement

  1. Position the A-pillar reinforcement (1) to the bracket on the inner roof side rail.
  2. Install and tighten the four screws (2 that secure the reinforcement to the inner roof side rail bracket. Tighten the screws to the proper specifications. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Install the side curtain airbag (also known as Side AirBag Inflatable Curtain/SABIC) into the vehicle. Refer to AIR BAG, SIDE CURTAIN, INSTALLATION .
