COOLING FAN CONTROL ENABLING CONDITIONS:
- With the ignition on.
- Battery voltage greater than 10.0 volts.

| P0480 - Control Circuit Open | An open or short is detected in the combined Radiator Fan Relay 1 and Radiator Fan Relay 2 control circuit. |
| P0481 - Control Circuit Open | An open or short is detected in the Radiator Fan 1 High Relay control circuit. |
| P0482 - Control Circuit Open | An open or short is detected in the Radiator Fan 2 High Relay control circuit. |
| (P0695, P0696) - Control Circuit Open | An open or short is detected in the Radiator Fan 2 High Relay control circuit. |
| Some vehicles will set the P0482 and some will set the P0695/P0696 depending on model year and calibration. | |
