When Monitored

This diagnostic runs when the following conditions are met:

• After an ignition off cold soak of 480 minutes.
• P0071, P0115, and P0116 DTCs are not active.
• After initial engine start up and the vehicle speed high enough to register an accurate Ambient Air Temperature Sensor reading.
