Tube, Fuel Tank Filler: Installation

Install the fuel fill tube (3) and gasket (4) into position.
Install hose clamp (2) and tighten.
Connect vent tube hose (5).

If removed, install the fuel filler hose (3) and tighten the clamps (2).

Install the fuel filler tube shield (2). Install the clips (3).
Lower the vehicle.

Install the fuel fill tube screws (2) and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to FUEL DELIVERY, GAS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

Install the fuel filler housing and tighten the fuel filler tube housing screws (1) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Connect the negative battery cable.
