Reinforcement, Bumper, Front: Installation

1. Support the front bumper reinforcement (1) using a suitable lifting device and lift into position.
2. Install the nuts (2 and 4) securing the reinforcement (1) to the frame rail. Tighten the front bumper reinforcement nuts to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
3. Install the three bolts (3) securing the reinforcement (1) to the frame rail. Tighten the front bumper reinforcement bolts to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
4. Repeat on the opposite side.

5. Install the front bumper fascia (1). Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, INSTALLATION .
