Set Condition
- The Body Control Module (BCM) has detected a mismatch between the vehicle and the PROXI configuration.
NOTE:
The BCM sets this DTC when it detects a mismatch between the vehicle (as detected by the BCM) and BCM PROXI configuration. There are several conditions that can cause this DTC to set. The BCM may be setting this DTC correctly because of one of these conditions. If any of the conditions below are present, the condition must be corrected before proceeding with this diagnostic procedure.
Check if any of these conditions apply:
- Components or modules have been added to the vehicle that are not supported in the original PROXI configuration.
- Components supported by the PROXI configuration have been disconnected or one or more modules are inactive or not responding.
- The BCM was replaced but the PROXI configuration has not be programmed.
