Belt, Serpentine: Removal: 5.7L/6.4L

  1. Remove the air intake tube between the intake manifold and the air filter assembly.
  2. Using a suitable square drive tool, release the belt tension by rotating the tensioner clockwise  . Rotate the belt tensioner until the belt can be removed from the pulleys.
  3. Remove the belt (1).
  4. Gently release the tensioner.
