NOTE:

When installing the accessory drive belt onto the pulleys, be certain that the belt is properly routed and all V-grooves make proper contact with the pulleys.

Position the drive belt (1) over all pulleys except for the water pump pulley.
Rotate the tensioner clockwise and slip the belt (1) over the water pump pulley.
Release the tensioner.
Install the air intake tube between intake manifold and air filter assembly.
