Valve, Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV): Installation

  1. Clean the PCV valve mounting surface of the cylinder head cover.
  2. Lubricate the O-ring seal (2) with clean engine oil.

  3. Install the PCV valve (1) into the cylinder head cover and rotate 90 degrees clockwise until the locating tabs are locked in place.

  4. Install the PCV hose (1) onto the PCV valve.

  5. Install the right engine cover (1).
