Bezel, Shifter: Removal

Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
Remove the front Media Hub. Refer to MEDIA HUB, REMOVAL .

Using a trim stick or equivalent, lift up the shift knob boot and disconnect the shifter wire harness connector (1).
Remove the shifter knob screw (2) and remove the knob.

Remove the wireless charging bin mat (1) from the floor console (2).

Using a trim stick or equivalent, remove the floor console inner trim panels (1).

Remove the fasteners (1) from the inner and outer sides of the shifter bezel (2).

Using trim stick or equivalent, release the clip fasteners and separate the shifter bezel (2) from the console (1).
Disconnect the wire harness connector(s) and remove the shifter bezel (2).
