Diagnostic Test

VERIFY THE DTC IS ACTIVE 

1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, read active DTCs.

   Is this DTC active?

   Yes 

   • Refer to  NO RESPONSE FROM ECU  and perform the NO RESPONSE FROM ICS (INTEGRATED CENTER STACK) diagnostic procedure.

   No 

   • Refer to  STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS  and perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure.
