Stationary Glass: BACKLITE: Removal

NOTE:

It will be necessary to use the aid of a helper when removing and installing a backlite.

Before proceeding with the following repair procedure, review all warnings and cautions. Refer to STATIONARY GLASS, WARNING .
With a helper at the rear of the glass, using a (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, work the rubber glass molding open while pushing the glass out of the frame from the inside.
Remove the glass (2) from the back panel (1).
