Lamp, Fog: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- If working on the left fog lamp, turn the steering wheel fully to the right. If working on the right fog lamp, turn the steering wheel fully to the left.
- Gain access to the fog lamp by removing the fastener (1) holding the access cover in position in the wheel well. Remove this cover once the fastener is removed.
- If only replacing the fog lamp bulb, remove the wire harness connector (2) by twisting to the left and pulling out from the fog lamp housing. Remove the bulb.
- If the fog lamp assembly is being replaced, remove the fasteners (1) from the fog lamp housing.
- Remove the fog lamp assembly.
