After An Ignition Off Cold Soak Of 480 Minutes.
P0071, P0115, And P0116 Dtcs Are Not Active.
After Initial Engine Start Up And The Vehicle Speed High Enough To Register An Accurate Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Reading.
