Solenoid, Evaporative Emissions Purge: Removal: 5.7L

The EVAP canister purge solenoid (2) is located in the engine compartment attached to a bracket mounted on intake manifold.
- Remove engine cover.
- Disconnect the vapor line (4).
- Disconnect the vacuum lines (1) at the throttle body.
- Disconnect the electrical connector (3) at the canister purge solenoid.
- Depress the retaining tab, remove solenoid from the mounting bracket.
