- Remove the fuel rail assembly. Refer to RAIL, FUEL, REMOVAL .
- Using suitable pliers (1), remove the fuel injector retaining clip (2).
- Remove the fuel injector (3) from the fuel rail (4) using a side to side motion while pulling the injector out of the fuel rail assembly.
