NOTE:

Left side shown, right side similar.

1. Position the catalytic converter (4) onto the exhaust manifold flange, install the ball flange nuts (3) finger tight.
2. Connect the O2S sensor electrical connectors (2).
3. Tighten the exhaust manifold flange nuts to 41 N.m (30 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the muffler. Refer to MUFFLER, EXHAUST, INSTALLATION .
5. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
7. Start the engine and check for exhaust leaks.
