Latch, Hood: Removal

  1. Open the hood and remove the push pin fasteners (1).

  2. Using a grease pencil or equivalent, mark the position of the hood latch on the upper radiator crossmember.
  3. Remove the fasteners (3) that secure the hood latch to the upper radiator crossmember.
  4. Disconnect the wire harness connector (1) and the release cable (2).
