Tail Lamp

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Open the rear doors to access and remove the fasteners that secure the interior trim panel to the inside access of the rear lamp unit.
  3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector (2) from the back of the tail lamp assembly.
  4. Remove the fasteners (1).

  5. Insert a trim stick or equivalent to gently pry the lamp unit (1) away from the body (3) and rotate the lamp away from the vehicle body to disengage the pins (2) from the grommet in the quarter panel opening.
  6. Disconnect any remaining wiring harness connectors from tail lamp assembly.
