Cover, Seat Back, Third Row: Removal

  1. Remove the 3rd row seat assembly. Refer to SEAT, FRONT, REMOVAL .
  2. Remove the headrest. Refer to HEADREST, FRONT, REMOVAL .

  3. Lift the seat back fold handle (1) and disconnect the cables (2).

  4. Using a (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, release the two lower tabs (1).

  5. Using a (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or equivalent, separate the center retaining clip (1).

  6. Using a small flat bladed tool, release the two side clips (1), lift and remove the handle assembly.

  7. Unzip the seat back cover.
  8. Release the lower cover push pins (1) and fold up the back of the cover (2).

  9. Release the push pin fasteners (1) and remove the seat back panel (2).

  10. Release the lower seat cover straps.

  11. Remove the seat back cover (1) and remove the seat back foam (2) from the seat back frame.
