Cooler, Exhaust Gas RECIRCULATION (EGR): Description

The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler is located on the right side of the engine. Using engine coolant, the EGR cooler reduces the temperature of the exhaust gas that is recirculated to the air intake which in turn helps reduce NOx emissions.
