Knob, Gearshift: Removal

- Using (special tool #C-4755, Trim Stick) or the equivalent pry the collar (1) away from the shifter knob (2).
- Completely disengage the collar (1) from the shifter knob (2).
- Grasp the retention clip tab with pliers or the equivalent and remove the clip from the knob.
- Grasp the knob and pull firmly upward to remove from the shifter assembly.
